What is FITA?
FITA is an AI health companion. The Fita agent reads your sleep, heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), stress, and training load from your smartwatch and rings, tells you when to train and when to recover, and builds a home screen of widgets around you. The app also has clubs and events for training together.
How much does FITA cost?
Nothing: the app is free. It's currently in closed beta.
Where can I download FITA?
For iPhone — in the App Store (iOS 16 and later). Builds for Android, Windows, macOS, and Linux are at releases.appfita.ru. The app interface is currently in Russian.
Which watches and trackers are supported?
Any that write data to Apple Health on iPhone or Health Connect on Android: Apple Watch, Garmin, Oura, Whoop, Fitbit, and others.
Where is my health data stored?
Your health data and the agent’s memory are stored on your device. To answer, Fita sends the necessary context to the server in the selected region and the connected AI provider. See the Privacy Policy for details.
What is FITA MCP?
It's a way to give AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini access to your metrics. Access opens only with your permission, and you decide who sees what.
What does Fita show if there's no data?
An honest empty state. Fita doesn't fill in made-up or zero numbers in place of measurements that don't exist.
Is FITA a medical app?
No. Fita's suggestions are informational, are not a diagnosis or prescription, and don't replace a doctor's consultation.
